Conducted the defence of trade mark proceedings for Colgate in relation to the trade mark MAX CLEAN in the Federal Court at both interlocutory and final hearing

 

Acted for Weir Minerals Australia (formerly Warman International), a world leader in industrial pumps, handling major copyright/industrial design/confidential information litigation in Australia and conducting/co-ordinating trade secret, copyright and trade mark litigation in India, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa and the USA

 

Acted for Channel Nine in relation to Federal Court injunctive proceedings and negotiations to prevent the use of the trade mark WORM by Channel 7 and another party

 

Represented Fresenius Medical Care Australia Pty Limited in relation to the assessment of damages in patent infringement proceedings

 

Acted for the Bishop Technology Group on all intellectual property and technology licensing matters since 1996. Over 20% of the 35 million new cars made every year in the world incorporate power steering technology licensed from Bishop

 

Acted for Cotton Seed Distributors, the largest supplier of cotton planting seed in Australia, since 2003, on a range of biotechnology licensing and general commercial matters
