Our commitment is to provide pro bono legal advice to individuals and charitable organisations and contribute to the community through donations of time, expertise or money depending on the need.
To do that, we have in place the initiative DibbsREACH. Our program is structured in three parts:

As part of our policy, all staff members are encouraged to participate in the program and their participation is recognised as a key criterion in our people & development framework.
DibbSMART
DibbsBarker offers opportunities that are innovative, effective, relevant and fun. Our DibbSMART programs range from Continuing Professional Development sessions, seminars and conferences, on the job training, secondments and interstate exchanges to induction training, mentoring and technology training and further education, such as postgraduate study.
We offer tailored sessions for our summer clerks and graduates that provides them with the fundamentals of our various practice groups in a non-intimidating environment that encourages questions and interaction. We also support your College of Law studies, through financial aid and study leave.
